Developer notes:
By default, Canadian Classifieds Alerter will only check on WiFi. Go into the settings to change this.

Canadian Classifieds Alerter has been tested down to android API level 15 (4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich). So it should work on any Android device from 2011 and newer.
